6. Intellectual Property

• License to Us: You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide services

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, however:

• We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans (SLA available for Enterprise)
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Third-party integrations are subject to their respective availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Stone Drive Process is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• You are responsible for backing up your workflow data

9. Termination

Account termination policies:

• By You: Cancel anytime through account settings or by contacting support
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Data Retention: Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• Survival: Sections on liability, IP, and disputes survive termination

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

• Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes
